About Dr. Batla Al-Sowayan:
Dr. Batla Al-Sowayan is an experienced research scientist in the field of Biotechnology. She holds a PhD from the School of Medicine at the University of Melbourne, and a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from King Saud University.
Since the beginning of her career, Dr. Al-Sowayan has been passionate about biomedical research and innovation. She has initiated several proposals and led numerous projects in Regenerative Medicine research. Her work has resulted in several publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and a patent for an innovative method in tissue regeneration.
Throughout her professional journey, Dr. Al-Sowayan’s passion has evolved to embrace scientific research and innovation as a multi-element system. This includes, alongside innovative scientific ideas, social and humanitarian goals, legal and ethical frameworks, economic feasibility, and ways of sustainability. Now she has made it her mission to support innovations that support our lives.
